VINIFICATION

It took place in late September, with fermentation separated by grape variety at a temperature of 28ºC for 10 days. This was followed by a 12-month aging in new French and American oak barrels and a 12-month aging in bottle.

TASTE NOTES

Ruby colored wine, with an intense and complex aroma, with predominance of ripe red fruits and black fruits marked by notes of chocolate and vanilla. In the mouth it reveals good volume, well integrated acidity with good quality tannins. Long and complex finish.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

CASA DO SOBRADO RESERVE can be consumed immediately, but has the potential to age from 5 to 10 years. It is the ideal accompaniment for meat dishes and intense flavor such as game and kid.
It should be served between 14ºC and 16ºC.
