VINIFICATION
Fermentation with intense skin maceration, at a temperature of 25-27ºC to extract the color and tannins in order to obtain a wine with good structure and longevity.
TASTE NOTES
Wine with good color intensity, aroma of ripe red fruits.
In the mouth it is soft, long and persistent.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ideal with red meat, roasts and fatty fish.
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
