Our first sparkling wine is made exclusively from grapes of the Alvarinho variety, having aged for 6 months on fine lees and the second fermentation in bottle by the classic method for 12 months.

VINIFICATION
It takes place between the first and the second week of September, in stainless steel fermentation vats, at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for 10 days. All varieties are fermented separately.
TASTE NOTES
Strong and intense ruby. On the nose it is young, with notes of red fruit and black currant. In the mouth it is full-bodied but very smooth.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CASA DO SOBRADO is the ideal wine to live with no worries and no worries, very versatile combines well with various foods but we recommend traditional Portuguese cuisine. It should be drunk at a temperature of 18ºC.
