Exclusively made only with grapes produced in clayey soils with rolled pebbles on our property, this wine underwent controlled fermentation in French oak and stainless steel, having aged for 8 months on fine lees with battonage.

VINIFICATION
Produced with grapes specially selected to produce a more complex and aromatic white wine. It fermented at a controlled temperature of 14-16ºC to preserve and enhance the varietal aromas.
TASTE NOTES
Greenish yellow wine with an intense and complex aroma.
In the mouth it is fresh and full-bodied.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ideal with fatty fish and white meat dishes.
It should be served at a temperature of 12-14ºC.
